MsSissyLocs strives to provide the highest level of timely services for our clients The policies below were established for our team and clients to follow.
ATTENTION CLIENTS
We do not accept clients with obvious scalp issues. If you think you have scalp issues (e.g., seborrheic dermatitis, etc.) please make an appointment with a dermatologist before accepting appointments. If it is determined that you have issues with your scalp, for the protection of our staff and other clients, services will be denied. If you are a current client, no appointments will be scheduled until our office receives a doctor's note on letterhead. UNSOLICITED PAYMENTS Please do not make payments until you have been directed to do so by one of our consultants. MsSissyLocs has a NO REFUND POLICY. Before you make a payment for services be sure to read the entire website. Sending a payment without an appointment does not guarantee services. MsSissyLocs can be contacted at (916) 790-1922 text messages are accepted. REMINDERS TO READ UPDATED POLICIES ARE EMAILED AND/OR SENT VIA TEXT ANNUALLY. NO CHILDREN IN THE HOME SALON OR OTHER LOCATIONS UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED
